Documents required for HDUG Membership

      Please read below information before proceeding for HDUG Membership registration.

Educational/student/Research Copy of Licence/Registration  certificate  of the firm/I-Card/Address Proof, if any, issued by the  appropriate authority etc.....  

For Student: I-card issued by the institute/ Letter  issued by The Head  of  the department etc.                  
  1. Copy of Registration (In case of PhD)
  2. Letter from college/ Institute specifying -whether the data is required for          academic/research purpose only, stating name of guide and title of research & also specifying that student will submit one copy of report to Hydrology Project, Nashik
  1. Self Undertaking of student saying “I will submit one copy of report to Hydrology Project, Nashik, after completion of research.” s name of guide and title of research 
  2. Copy of Abstract/Synopsis.
  3. Copy of Adhar Card
Government/Semi Government Govt. Order/Office's seal on  the application etc.... Nil
Private Copy of Licence/Registration  certificate  of the firm/I-Card/Address Proof, if any, issued by the  appropriate authority etc.....
  1. Short Report on purpose for which data demanded
  2. Self Undertaking saying “Data will be strictly utilised for said purpose only.” 
  3. Copy of Adhar Card of concerned person

Individual Adhar Card/Driving Licence/ Electricity Bill, Phone Bill etc

  • HDUG membership Fees is Rs. 500/- for 5 Years & Rs. 2500/- for lifetime.
